Right now, legal medical marijuana is an infant industry. It's grown and distributed by local merchants who are not organized or experienced enough to create a business model to handle potential growth of an industry. HESG is making deals with these dispensaries and collectives (the first of which will be in Montana, the only state allowing for-profit medical marijuana sale) which will bring revenue to the company, and allow these collectives and dispensaries to benefit from a corporate management structure.
