Does Q's ownership of European spectrum ... UK Dolphin (??) ... possibly play into this TV thing? I recall that it may be in the same range ... just fishing, but would be an interesting entree into selling (dual mode ? TV/UMTS) chips to European carriers. As I recall, Q was stomped by regulators in Europe in its attempt to utilize this spectrum for telephony ...
