Good to have you back Peachman and glad to hear your health news is OK. I've missed reading your comments on the board at this uncertain time.

I'm still not sure what to make of the news - and am willing to reserve judgement for the moment. I hope your favourable interpretation is correct - it sounds like you have more to lose than anyone if the company doesn't succeed. Still holding every share.

in all fairness we must wait for independent arbitrator. the starting point for any transaction must be the 8m that was the value of the 50 m shares so 10 m is probably in range and cash is apparenty necessary to go forward with the supply and maufacturing end
