Ah, there it is. Luiten Bankrupt.
I think it says he failed to make the promissed payments and his protection was dismissed! Now what?

The concern to Zenergy stockholders is that Luiten holds 66 million shares personally. A judgment could give those shares to someone to accept against the debt. He would dump those shares to be sure of the payment and, if not enough, would simply attach Luiten's next asset. What would a 66 millon share sale at market do to the PPS?

Luiten FAILED both times ... and biodiesel was profitable then.

Now ... Biodiesel is Unprofitable to produce.

BAD TIMING ... BAD BUSINESS PLAN.
