The problem is that there are no contracts to fill.....not that the company is being cautious, its the buyers being cautious.....stop misleading the board into believing that this delay is something Atlas wants and is orchastrating.
By the way, would you like to disclose the answer now for the record?

And to add the company isn't blasting out shares to pay expenses. They have revenues from other venues to take care of expenses.
