That post is deserving of some type of award for most insanely quotable.

Selling more product makes your existing shares more valuable. But selling more shares without creating any value makes the shares less valuable.

In the penny stock market the dilution factor drains these companies it does not enrich them or their shareholders.

That's why so few ever move off of these ghetto exchanges and actually makes something of themselves.

I saw an article that followed the pinks/OTCBB for a 6 year period and say an average of 8 companies per year move to a respectable exchange such as AMEX,NASDAQ or NYSE.

8 per year out of thousands upon thousands.

And very few operate here for years and years under the same name and/or management. This is like an hourly motel on the wrong side of the tracks.
