Man you have some serious studying to do before you jump into this or any other stock with your wallet wide open.

A: Revenge Designs is already a publicly traded company. An IPO is called an Initial Public Offering to create a publicly traded company.

B: Companies don't just snap their fingers and go directly to the NYSE or Nasdaq or Amex without first meeting the requirements for audidted financials and I believe that the base share price that must be met to move to the NYSE is $4 and above $1 must be maintained to stay there. There are probably others here who are more familiar with the requirements of the major exchanges.

C: This is the Pinks and the Pennies and in case you haven't noticed this is the Wild Wild West down here and there is high risk around every corner. DON'T PLAY WITH MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
