yes they are delayed.

They are not out in a timely fashion, therefore they are delayed.

I believe they do it out of courtesy to shareholders.

Also incorrect. JD knows he would get laughed off the conference call if he never posted data and that the PPS would go down to triple zeros. Pink sheet companies, like Expo cant survive without selling stock.

Kind of like when it did earlier this year when he went months and months and months and months without filing any financials. Then low and behold the numbers came out and they were garbage but they were already priced in at that point so just releasing them was welcomed. Interesting too how Expo had bought back 19 million shares right before that too. Courtesy indeed.

I suspect that will happen again. Funny how history seems to repeat itself around this stock. But you know what they say about those that never learn from the past are destined to repeat it.
