So I assume from this question that you have cleared up exactly where the LOC that EI is working on will be coming from. You posted the June 30 shareholder update which said that EI was working with Mastermind Venture Partners. So what you are trying to say is that this avenue to an LOC just didn't work out? I am sure that just like always you would be more than happy to put a link up to that information right? After all we sure don't want to misslead anyone that is doing DD on the company would we?

Just in case you might have missed it while doing research on dangling carrot conspiricy theories Eternal Image did file an 8K where they received a short term loan of 200,000 dollars that was to be used to facilitate access to a LOC of a larger size. If EI announces that they received the money will it really matter if it came from Mastermind or someone else?
