It does appear that anything they do or say short of announcing that they found large amounts of oil is characterized as a huge mistake.But if they are not authorized by Sinopec to make such announcements what are they going to do ? What could Sinopec do if ERHE put at least a few broad hints out there ? Probably not the thing to do but in this situation and at this point it is the big question mark . I repeat if the oil is there could they conceivably hide it ?
