I just talked to Jan. 1 800 517 8050. He answered after 2 rings. It was my first time calling.

He sounded frustrated with the SEC. He says Viaspace has once again refiled the IPO paperwork with the SEC and made the adjustments they requested. The ball is back in the SEC's court.

Dr Jan said he expects to hear back from the SEC soon. Could be any day now. Once the SEC APPROVES the IPO they will release a press release at that point.

When approved he said they have a MM lined up for the IPO. However the IPO itself and VGE to begin trading may take at least "a day or two or a week or two" after SEC approval......

I believe this WILL all happen.

I plan to simply add more shares in the meantime..... The question is should I add at 2 cents or wait for less than that???

Any other thoughts??
