hate to correct you but...

Cut a pie into 6 pieces.
half of the original is 3 ok , gone.
then 1/3 of the original is 2 pieces ok, gone.
that leaves you with 1 piece left or 1/6th of the original.

If you're going to nitpick, get it right ... might I suggest you run the numbers again. I think you got it backwards!
