It refers to the "other blocks". However, as laid out in the Afren Prospectus(Oct/Nov 09), Block 1 partners have agreed to enter the next exploration period (which ends in 2014) where one commitment well will be required. They will do so ..."when they have a clear understanding of the next steps to commerciality and future exploration once the results of the current multi-well drilling campaign [on the "other blocks"] are made publically available".
Afren has stated in various recent Investor Presentations that this will occur in 2010.
....which may mean - at least - four more wells next year in the JDZ (one committment well per block).

PS - YK, I now have the complete AFR Prospectus, where a very detailed presentation (on a full range of technical, volumentric and commercial aspects) is available for the Obo well and other Block 1 prospects and leads. Lot of questions thrown up on this bb (about Obo, JDZ geology, oil/gas, etc) find their answers here.
However, none of "this material may be taken or transmitted into the United States, Canada, Australia or Japan or distributed, directly or indirectly, in the United States, Canada, Australia or Japan or to any resident thereof".
So, how can we (legally) get around this prohibition and get the stuff on IHub?
