Jorge Santos, President of the ADC said recently that the problem with the Chevron results could mean the success of the work in contigous block 2, due to a tilt at the bottom of the sea. On the one hand, Chevron only drilled one hole, which was not within the expectations for them. On the other hand, it is very possible that they didn't drill at the right place. Between block 1 and 2 there is a certain incline, from where it can be deduced that eventually all the expectations that were had for the first block are in the second.
Sounds to me like the "expectations" for the first are now in the second. I think this was said here earlier in the afternoon.
