Perhaps we rats might consider this a gift from lance. A new name for those that moderate boards full of head cases - Mederators.

PMs are only available to premium users...and free users during 1-2 hrs of Happy Hour on Friday/Sat.

You have to be a premium sub or a free verified AND upgraded member by me in order to start a board. Any random registration can't start a board. You must have made a post and get upgraded to the next level by me first.

I don't disagree with this. How far from 18 should it go? New regs = 0 posts. Verified e-mail gets you 3/day. Approval by me gets you 18.
