You guys had not entertained the "if" prospect at all recently and I couldn't let it just slide on by without a comment about the potential "then".

there is no "IF" .. they file or get revoked

if they file you and I both know they will R/S and dilute ...

they had already planned the R/S before' the sky fell .. and they didn't raise the A/S to 3 billion just to have something to do on a sunny afternoon in sponge ville
