Meffoos79 and all, can the company buy back shares without having announced that they would do it? I've seen many stocks PR that they were gonna do a buyback. I wonder if they are obligated to do so.

REMEMBER, according to another poster who stated he/she had called the TA last week, that the TA stated the numbers will be out by Wed. 12-16-09. IMO I think the PR will be out on Wed. when the numbers are given. No proof, just my thinking. LOL

So if the company is buying back shares and retires them, thus decreasing the O/S, that should increase the pps on the deal if and when they accept the offer. Mind you, it could be a done deal already. The volume the last few days seems to be insignificant. Could be waiting for the T/A to get things organized. JMO.eom.
