There has not been any stock sales from AVVH since Oct.22nd. AVVH has had a 'cease trade order' put on it from the BCSC which prevents them from selling ANY shares.

According to the last 'friendly' email that I received from him, there currently are no plans for an R/S, he has also stated this publicly.
