A letter of intent is not like some signed contract or anything. This just means that they are thinking about getting together with the other party and having a chat. This is a great big piece of fluff and it fits in nicely with all the other fluffy pr's. I really don't know why they wasted the time to post this.
Just think about it...that didnt help it and the cash and stock promotion didnt help keep... hope you got out, if not, I am sorry to hear that and hopes you can get in that line to the left and still hopes that it will hold before the no bid...comes
