And they WOULD have if the O/S issue was addressed when the RETIRED SHARES were PR'd ...IMO ...Notice he just says "use somebody else to buy", while we INCREASE the A/S instead of FIXING THE PROBLEM!!! Ohhh , and we'll be looking at other aquisitions in OTHER states...What a joke...
