i'm doing some quick calcs. if there's 23B needed to break even, then we win 12B against barclays, that's 11B. RE appreciation alone could cover that. then add in NOL carrybacks, awards from additional litigation.... to pay full face on all CTs and pref'ds we need about 9.73B, based on my DD... so things could get pretty interesting during 2010 imo.
