The above is a farce. If Abbott intended to have Inverness do their work, they would have just given Inverness a sublicense for nothing. The reality is that Abbott did their own determination to no longer do any work on RECAF. For $50,000, they allowed Moro to do an amended agreement that will never be acted upon. That's reality.

Moro’s lab (pacific bioscience) is a creditor. The non exclusive license to be grantee for failure to reimbursement moro’s lab by 2013 is reasonable language.

There is no provision whatsoever for granting a perpetual license to Pacific BioSciences as a result of a failure to pay a debt. You should read the agreement between Moro's company, Pacific BioSciences and BioCurex.
