Is it better then

I guess one can get stuck in dark matter and lose sight of what really comes down to choice.

Is it better then something already available (Goof-Off, paint thinners, mineral spirits,etc related to paint removal)? Is it as good as with other positives (price point value, more eco-friendly per se then the competition, more useful in 1,000+ uses then any particular one solution might be, adaptive to being a general cleaner)?
