I don't think that is true friend. I called another pink sheet company and asked them about material events. They follow the same guidelines...........that is if they want to stay open and move on to the BB or even higher exchanges......If not then you could not count on any PR to mean anything.
Yeah..............sure they score 350 million bucks and they are not going to tell you about it.give me a break
