The funds will be received by December 15th
They also PR'd the terms of the loan and that the first four Acquisitions should be completed by EOY. I think we get one more PR to announce the closing of the first 4.
After that its better than an 8 second Bull Ride

Dean never said they would PR anything about it and why should he if the company is going to Buyback up to 20 percent of the O/S

EXACTLY. It is not in our best interest to PR anything until a buyback is finished. Why would we want that? Let Dean buy back and tighten the float so tight that when news hits...we could seriously see levels we never thought possible. There are stocks that go up 50 bags based on news no where near as good as we are about to receive. The momentum combined with the tight float could push this into so truely insane levels.
