To move higher has requirements that I don't see EXPH or ETC achieving. If JD is meaning ETC will be on an exchange above OTC/BB, we be in the money the day it happens.

Check out the requirements for NASDQ, as example. AMEX and NYEX are even higher. Like $2-$4 pps.
