Isn't it alittle strange you think the SEC has been unfair???
What about Spong Management?
The Management Made the Illegal Shares.
The Management Sold the Unregistered Shares.
Your Management choose Not to Play the Game, and cheat.

The Only Unfair Acts are from your Management.
And is the reason for Long Hands folding.
They have all seen this type of illegal acts, and couldn't get out the door fast enough.
