The phantom float being a pre-existing phenomenon. Coming into being prior to the current regulatory environment being the reality. And long ago I challenged certain posters to this board to fully outline just how an entity, domiciled domestically or offshore, can, under current rules/regs., create and maintain as hidden massive abusive shorting activities.

And, far from surprisingly, there coming not so much as even a single reply.

Why should anyone reply? It's the same old tired story that is used to cover up for massive dilution in every scam that has ever come down the pike. The problem here has always been the printing of hundreds of millions of shares by the scamming management and the dumping of these freshly printed shares while they were unregistered. The SEC did not step in and take this scam down for no reason.
The DOJ is likely to be coming real soon.

All pumping scammers better have their stories in order. It is going to be great fun to watch them all go down.

Stox,

Thank you taking the time to address my concerns and question. I am of the opinion that a meeting of the minds in regards to a portion of the air shares results in fewer games by shorts when the period of accountability starts. Am hoping that pps soon reflects true value.

thanks again, good luck to you

Note: To save keystrokes, all of the quotes are (SIC).

fact of the phantom float coming into existence during prior years as talked about.

Since facts require evidence, that is not a fact unless you could provide a legitimate link to the so-called accounting for the phantom shares.

legitimate shorting activities

If you have a problem with legal (or legitimate in your words) shorting activities, your complaint should be with the authorities to somehow change the laws and regulations, not blame those that follow the law.

I challenged certain posters to this board to fully outline just how an entity, domiciled domestically or offshore, can, under current rules/regs., create and maintain as hidden massive abusive shorting activities.

there coming not so much as even a single reply.

Great logic there, prove the impossible. Why would you expect a reply?

A controlled buy-in plus the offshore angle.

Horse excrement.

Cash cow reality.

Budding empire.

Completion of due diligence.

Monies flooding in.

Golden ground floor opportunity.

An ROI to truly smile about.

Early Xmas present.

...and a partridge in a pear tree-e-e-e! ;-)

Stox--I only disagree with your statement as to how much has been covered since grey--Vol just does not show it (unless there has been some massive trades not shown publicly---but I can't imagen someone would sell a huge amount of shares at these levels) Other wise, IMO yr right on. As for early x-mas? time will tell (damn lawyers still on billable hrs and will drag this on for months--IMO) But still, if you are willing to wait, The true value of the Co will be obtained--eventualy!
