Honest to say - after carefully reading
Section 382 again and again, it seems that this CAML huge
NOL's had simply faded out.
But however CAML is still clean shell w/o debts , law suits
etc. so there is a still hope that it might be, in future a
"good looking bride" for whoever will "married" her.
Afterall it's clean OTCBB listed shell and not some pink scam.
At least I hope so.

Learning alot on this board about shells, thanks for the information. To take the spotlight off DW for a second I am curious if we can all look at Jeffrey Rochlin and Acorda Therapeutics. So far, I have not seen any clues as to why he would have purchased the shell, but I feel researching him more thoroughly, we might be able to find that little crack that will let us peek through. I know we have done a cursory look at him and Acorda, but if anyone finds anything more behind the scenes would definetly appreciate hearing about it.
