#68985 RE: Greasy #68948

well said greasy...

People can call this a pump and whatever they want. The TRUTH's are these:

1. It takes some kind of critical mass/change in sentiment for any stock to go from .0003 - .155 in 3 short months. Of course there was euphoria in the mix, but one just needs to ask where the euphoria came from. And the answer to that question is, it came from mainly the overall hot new space of biofuel, in which XOM and many other big petroleum oil companies are also into. And what does that bring with it? Yes, high speculation value to the stock. No one knows who might buy whom or how new ventures could materialize. That's just the nature of the spec game. What is undeniable however, is the space is hot now, and will only be getting hotter in 2010 and beyond.

2. Therefore, based on #1, the stock's showing of large gains, was not just based on euphoria. It was based largely on positioning. I don't care what "paid" company is "pumping" what, no one will buy a stock of a company that has zero potential. Even those who claim to hate this company and its rotten potential, and who bought the stock when it was basically air, did so because of the positive potential. PSC can scream from the highest mountain about any number of stocks. If it's not a company or stock with huge potential, no one will buy it. Period. Thus, what was seen earlier this year, was a desire for many new shareholders to want a piece of what might be. That's called speculation of course. And the fact that people began speculating big on a stock where the company didn't even have its testing done nor confirmed, speaks volumes.

3. Another truth based on #2, is many will not want to continue to speculate in a stock where its ticker has become tainted, the company's credibility thrown in doubt, or motives questioned. When all of these things happen simultaneously, you have a cocktail, if not a prescription, that all kinds of bad things will begin to happen to the stock. Case in point. However, when those negative issues are properly addressed by the company, thereby restoring credibility and confidence, it's simple math that speculators will once again tend to return en masse as a fresh and new-found belief in the company takes root again. And what makes this next time so exciting is, the company that was once speculated upon as barely a company, is now a real and tangible entity with an incredible amount of development completed, and is now fast approaching realization of implementing their products in the field for clients and thus generating sustained revenues. All one has to imagine from there, and still considering #1, is where speculation on this stage of company development can take the stock this time.

Everyone who engages in the stock market is looking for the next big winner. A solid winner. In 2009, the fact that this stock has now been elevated to certain heights, been dragged back down through the mud revisiting old lows, and now with a clean bill of ticker health with the company proving its commitment to shareholders and reaching new company milestones every day, this right now qualifies as a company that looks like a big winner. It has created a tangible history of record that investors can look at see what kind of company BEHL is and what their commitment is. There's now plenty in the storyline pipe that can create that picture. I would say so if I saw otherwise, but I see nothing in this company picture that doesn't say success. I was highly critical of management (to them directly not just on a chat board) when the tainted ticker was not being addressed. Though I still continued to believe in what the company was attempting to accomplish, I would still need to see the commitment of taking care of this issue before I could see a complete 100% successful picture. Now as that has occurred, I have no problem reconciling exactly that.

Aside from the actual solid company performance, another thing this stock now has going for it, is the technicals. It is also a "fact" that many people only buy into stocks (spec or otherwise) where the the technical indicators are showing positive and in favor of real strength (reflecting positive sentiment rather than negative or even indifferent). With this stock now essentially back at the lows but now also back in a healthy state and showing the bottoming process, several major technical indicators can now ONLY next begin creating some powerful buy signals, and which they are already beginning to show. This just adds to the this stock's next period potential. Sooner than later, the turning technicals will not only force down-agenda strategies to reconcile, it will continue to make this stock very hard to resist for those looking for a great 2010 return (and beyond).

My thoughts for Sunday, Dec 13, 2009.
