A lot of things may or may not happen in the future. However, at this time RWE IS going public on their own. They have already begun the REG D / 506 offering. Who knows, after they go public maybe they merge at a later date and RWE's ticker becomes the surviving entity. But as of Friday, Arstrong has no intention to merge with BEHL and Fisher knows it.
