Not likely, there was almost no volume in HESG from March until November of this year, and it never got higher than .0002, I don't think they would dilute at that time which such a low price.

IHUB board shows about 10 million shares owned on average per investor with a sample size of over 100. So if you think in total there are 400 investors in HESG, you can assume there are about 4 billion shares trading right now, but since we know many of those are FTD's, then the actual float is less than 4 billion and I'd likely believe it's less than 1 billion with with the MM's still several billion short.
