It seems looking at the past activities of Palmaz management they seem to lean towards being public with their ventures, I see nothing different with Palmaz. I think this will be the biggest one yet.
I posted a few days ago the costs related to doing a full scale IPO versus a reverse merger. I do not think Palmaz has the size or would want to spend the money to do a full blown IPO when they have a shell that is full reporting and they technically already own. Expenses would be minimal..
