Good question; instead of pestering the sec or going to stores looking for SPNG products - folks should pester management for the 10K! That will answer many, many questions. Until then looks like its going to trade from .04 to .05 - boring (the excitement of a wet sponge)!

maybe a few of the share holders should from a group and approach the company with a list of questions and file a FIOA - instead of blaming
