Agreed with a caveat. The moderators ask the questions while everyone else is "listen" mode. You as a "listener" are on mute (whether you like it or not). I, personally, would love to hear the answers to the questions as that may prompt further questions...

So here is how I see the flow of events...

1) As many questions are sent to the moderators who compile them and forward them to HESG.

2) The conference call time/dial in #/passcode is published.

And now the flow of the conference call..

3) At that time, everyone who wants to listen, dials in. "Listeners in "listen" mode (mute) while the moderators/HESG in "full" mode.

4) HESG makes an opening statement and responds to the pre-sent questions.

5) If you, as a listener, hear something that sparks a follow-up question, you would utilize facebook or i-hub as a means to communicate that question to the moderator who would in turn ask.

Only the moderators and HESG have "speaking" roles. Everyone else is in "listen" mode.

This way control is kept in check and the call does not get out of hand.
