You may very well have done the right thing. I however (God knows why ???0 still hold. I still believe someone accumulated during the ending year (at 2 to 4 pennies) and wonder why he would have done that ???
If I'm right, I suspect this hypothetical buyer did, knowing more than we do and I believe he now hold a very large majority of the O/S (particularly if Matin's and his friends'shares ended up cancelled.
Worst case, I now have a couple of pennies per share left to lose.
Best case, the hypothetical shareholders will startup a new 'Veltex business' (in whatever industry he see of interest) in view of giving value to his shares (and mine as a by product).
Another possibility is that the Veltex shell is sold and I think that this could mean between 5 and 10 cents per share ???
Whatever happen in the future, A crook wasn't seriouly penalized for his crimes (BAU), many lost a lot (I lost but not a lot) and someone spent a lot of money, time and effort going after Matin. One must wonder why he did???
Future (if future there still is) will tell.
