Losmarsht: that thought had occurred to me as well. But then when I saw the "clean-up" efforts at Neomedia, and the posts by more than one long-time poster relating to a rainbow or whale or apple or whatever, I believed (and still believe) that a change of control will occur in the near furure. I just think the dates in IM's contract are not that important as they can pretty much be modified at will.
