I went back and found my post (~#W7500) and went through the links I provided. There was no mention of a connection in the links. I do recall reading something (when I was doing that reseach which showed a connection between Halderman and MVSN. It may have been that there was a connection between Princeton and MVSN. It may have been that I added 2 and 2 together and got 5, but my recollection is that I saw something that looked a little fishy.

I tried to look back tonight to see if I could find the info that made me think it was fishy, but found nothing (didnt do that detailed of a search). Will keep looking and will let you know when I find something.
