Well, It is rather a big story. In a nutshell, the SEC is after him for playing the shell stock game, has lied and deceived investors of BKMP and countless other stocks. Has put 2 made up people in charge of BKMP who are also the ones in charge of this company. Nothing is out there on either one and most likely just another Sandy Winick scam. He issued a majorily BS dividend in BKMP with some convoluted scheme to convert it with some money going directly to Winick. He also was involved with some type of scheme with a nonesensical Internet Country.
Basically anything surrounding Sandy Winick is highly questionable and should really be avoided. You can research him with a google search as well as checking out the BKMP board on here where many who he has screwed would be more than happy to share more info on Winick.
