I won't pretend that I know everything about a Chill. I am trying to simplify things, so that it's easier for me and newbies to understand. It's definitely much more complicated. No idea about how often a Chill gets lifted as well.

But I do think that our chances of getting it lifted are very good IF we get the money. Also the DTCC has already agreed to lift the chill once they get a written letter from the SEC. Those 2 reasons (once they come through) will make it almost impossible for the DTCC to keep the chill.

I know you have been here a lot longer than I did, but I can only suggest to wait it out. I think things will get much more clear in the next PR. AIMO.
