FFGO STOCKHOLDING IN BOUSE : After reading filings, it appears to me that FFGO has a 23.22% interest in the Company that owns Bouse. I calculate this :
Dividends Paid on November 7, 2005: 899,967,718 Shares, 40.91% Searchlight Exploration, LLC: 219,997,800 Sharess, 9.99% Fortress Financial Group, Inc.: 510,923,545 shares, 23.22% Others who cancelled FFGO Stock for Bouse Shares: 569,110,937 shares, 25.88%
Bet that Lumb controls the majority of Stock Dividend shares in Bouse & the others who cancelled Fortress stock for Bouse Shares! Add Searchlight Exploration, LLC's stock in Bouse and GUESS who controls Bouse already?
It will be the easiest thing in the world for him to do a deal here!
Any thoughts on this? Are my numbers correct? Got them from old filings by FFGO
INTERESTING POINT ON BOUSE VALUES : Look at their filings, they repurchased an amount of US$302,607,268 in FFGO shares using Bouse shares which represented 519,497,456 shares of Bouse Mining Holdings plc. That values Bouse at a serious number! They transferred about 25% of Bouse to buyback FFGO shares. This values the remainder of their holding in Bouse (23.22%) at about US$300 million in 2008 Gold pricing.
GUYS, FORGET A DEAL WITH LUMB'S NORTH AMERICAN GOLD & MINERALS FUND! He is obviously gunning for his beloved "Institutional Investors" only, he is NEVER going to link Fortress (A PR DISASTER) with his Fund, even if he wanted to! NOT HIS STYLE! Look at value in Fortress and what he may offer to buy Bouse and maybe, South Copperstone. Forget Fantasy Land here, focus in what the value per Share of FFGO is at this time, that has to be the game. He is NOT stupid, nor are his Advisors, FFGO is TINY compared to what he must be planning on the Fund, we will NEVER be allowed near that Fund. I know this FOR SURE, cannot and will not say why and how I know that.
JUST FOCUS ON FFGO, value of Bouse, number of o/s shares and if there is a Value Play here. Lumb is NEVER going to include you guys in that Fund. I researched your postings, he will not include FFGO in that Fund, face reality.
Texan 77 - Knowing Mr. Lumb and his ambitions, there is NO WAY that this Fund will not be in the Billions, Market Cap wise.
FORGET any FFGO involvement in that Fund, any idiot will have advised him to keep FFGO a MILLION MILES away from that Fund. No way will his people "taint" that Fund by involving FFGO in any way.
If (and only if) he wants Bouse, he will have found another way to get it without involving that Fund.
My hunch is that this will play out a different way.
JANICE IS RIGHT. How can the Float be gone when 850 million shares traded today? Sure, a lot of stock may have been bought over many months prior to today but there has be billions more stock in the float. Question is, at what price will this stock hit resistance? That friends, is the multi million dollar question. Without backup from the Company (OR A DEAL), that resistance will cap this stock price. OK, it may be a few hundred percent more than it is now, but we are in the hands of the Company (AND VERY POSSIBLY, subject to Mr. Lumb's whims!)
ORDINARYDUDE - THINK THAT YOU ARE RIGHT ABOUT stock pricing (short term trading wise) but what happens if this Company is selling its Mines with Gold at these crazy levels? I for one, say flip this stock, trade it, do not fall in love with it! If they are selling up, we could be in one serious payday. Whilst we wait, trade in and out, make bucks but be sure to be in a chair when (and if) the music stops. Very hard to say, my hunch is that this could be the end, that they are now selling the Mines at Gold's peak pricing and walking away as heroes..............and a lot richer, time will tell. They are not pumping the stock, that is for sure, no Press Releases whatsoever! Could be gagged, is my guess. NEVERTHELESS, I best a zillion dollars that Lumb wants Bouse and he wants Fortress out of his life, I have read your postings, met the man; this would not be his idea of fun. Geez, he is arrogant.
WHO CARES WHAT THE AUTHORIZED SHARES ARE : Read their 8-K filings, it was a mistake. ALL THAT MATTERS NOW is how many shares are outstanding now................they can issue a zillion shares if they want, they cannot get free trading shares, it is not possible, ALL THIS NONSENSE ABOUT THEIR AUTHORIZED SHARES IS RUBBISH. DEAL IN FACTS, trade in and out, but make VERY sure that you are Long if they announce some Blockbuster deal before the market opens one of these days. THEIR ASSETS ARE WORTH A FORTUNE, GOLD IS VERY HIGH, THIS STOCK IS BARGAIN BASEMENT AT THESE LEVELS............BUT DO NOT GET MARRIED TO THIS STOCK, OR ANY OTHER STOCK.
FIRE LANE - READ YOUR POST - In all seriousness here, watch Stephen Lumb, he has a ton of cash, he is not stupid and he is very well advised. DO NOT BET that he is that interested in FFGO, this may be him at work, sure, but he will have delegated it; I know this for a fact. This is too small for him to be personally involved. I still FIRMLY believe that he wants Bouse and he has ordered something here, lets just go along for the ride here.
PRISONER : IT IS SO SAD TO HAVE THESE TERRIBLE THINGS POSTED on here. Stock Trading is about winning and losing but it is above all, a rush like being in a Casino. People should focus on facts, sure the "hype factor" is critical here as well but afterall there is money to be made here, people must just trade in and out of this stock AND if the "Lucky Number" comes in, well then everybody has a great Holiday Season. No reason to lose money by trading this stock. AND I MEAN, TRADING IT, not holding it forever (or even a week).
WAMILLS - At this point, I think that we cannot rule out anything right now. Gold is insane right now, FFGO has valuable Gold assets, you have to believe that FFGO has several offers on the table right now. This stock is so cheap, it is staggering.
MUAYTHAI - Forget attacking a man whom you have never met, know nothing about and truthfully you are very unlikely ever going to meet. No offence but you are probably do not mix in his exalted monied circles. If you can make money trading in a stock in which he is involved, make the money. Why attack somebody of whom you know nothing about? He could care less about you so why do you care about him? If you dislike the guy, stay away from this stock. If you can make a buck trading because his actions may make you quick buck here, put your principles aside and make some money; that is what he would do, is my guess. REMEMBER, the rich are different, accept that as a fact of life.
