Scottrade won't let me buy either. They said for the settlement of shares I sold they had issues with the company making it prohibitive for them to allow trades with them any longer. Whatever that means. They will allow sells for any shares you currently own but no longer can buy. Sounds like HESG is causing problems with settlement of trades.
