is this all you can come up with? This is over a year old and the suspension was only temporary. If there were any suspicion, the SEC would be all over them and not allow them to trade. The naysayers keep grasping for some sort of proof that this is a scam, but since they can't find any solid proof, they have to resort to old and outdated news. Try again...

Thanks........wow what a joke that company is/was.(ASWD). I have seen the cease and desist document before(that's the one many have said was taken care of).

Highlights:

Mr Roper(the recruiter) says:

i.did not explain why the solicited funds were sent to Roper;

j.could not explain the annuities described in the e-mail;

k.he thought that the information about the annuities had been added to his e-mail after he had sent this e-mail;

l.did not know how much money he had collected on behalf of PAC; and

m.he had to hang up the telephone because he needed to attend a meeting

Were any civil penalties levied against these guys?
