The BEST thing about the shares that have been used to grow the business and thereby increased the O/S is IMHO,
that those who accepted the shares MUST believe that THE shares WILL hold (or increase) their current value,
plus it is now in RT's interest that they indeed DO !!!!!
a GREAT way to use the available ( A/S ) shares
( not selling them into the open market in order to raise cash,
but offering them as Restricted Shares for acqusitions and such ! )
