#5029 RE: tony montana #5027

I can't speak for others, but I am getting tired of reading Tony Montana's rants over and over again. I too am growing impatient with progress (it has been over 10 years for me) and I can bet I have a hell of a lot more $ invested in this. His repeated unproven accusations are getting tiresome. This board is meant to be informative, so unless he have something useful to share, please just go away. I'm all for making Jack & Lorie accountable, but name calling and unfounded accusations are not apppriate for this board.

This is a copy of an email...
Can someone sue a second party by sending an email now days???
If someone tried to sue me by sending an email as notice, I'd just hit the Delete button...
I mean really, is this an email or not?

tony montana's post & Exhibit 5

Im feeling better about avvaa's chance in court with NIR now...
It appears Ross Herbert C emailed Jack Farley court orders of intent to sue ??? And made it attention to Mr Flannery, avvaa's attorney.
First off, you do not email first notice of intent...
2nd off, you do not email, (this emailing notice thing is killing me), but, an attorney should know to NOT sent notice of intent to the person your suing when it's been noted they are represented by an attorney... you send notice to attorney, and sending notice to Jack Farley is cause enough to have such case thrown out of court...!!!
In Exhibit 5 it is clearly worded by Jack Farley to send notice to his attorney, Mr Flannery...
Also, monies paid for legal service should come out of the companies funds, and not Jack Farley's pocket...
So Im thinking this is where the 102M shares came into play from. and I think everyone reading this would of done the same thing Jack & staff decided to do by floating 102M shares into the market to pay for legal services if this was the case???
I have found no fillings on the SEC's website where any of avvaa's owners have sold off any of their own shares, witch tells me avvaa's owners are in hopes of a company that will grow in time...
So, I really feel good about Exhibit 5 and the attending judge will see through new millennium's cheap shot of serving notice and have this case thrown out on the 17th of December 09...
With all the publicity of this law suit, if avvaa win's and gets this pink sheet compliant task completed, we may see a avvh 0.01 stock value before the end of this year... YEAH...!!!
Then on another note, if so many people feel avvaa is a lost cause, Just why is New Millennium going through so much trouble, and spending so much money on legal fees to have first option on any future financing avvaa may need???
New Millennium knows better then anyone the potential avvaa has setting, ready to be shot out of the cannon !!!
