Look back on the chart when the 100 crossed the 200. It was the kickoff for a big run. Not saying that will happen when we cross, but it does happen frequently.

When a shorter moving average, in this case the MA(200), is crossing a longer moving average, in this case the MA(380), it could generate a buy signal as long as the crossing is in an upward direction which, in this case it is.
