NEP-Gorilla, please elaborate here. My understanding is that the 40% won't be before 2012 is that what you just meant? If yes why would that be of interest to me if we are at the end of 2009? Maybe your have a different point here.



NEP - I've argued somewhat on this point... If you take the base EPS for 2010 your missing the point of the switch over from 20% take off to 40% takeoff in 2012.
