Nooo. If you haven't done your DD then its a leap of blind faith.
If you have, then it's a long shot gamble with the gambler hoping to sell into any spike on something that is meant to resemble good news, leaving the Johnny-come-too-lately's(i.e. bagholders), who leapt with blind faith in their excitement, to rue the day they ever heard of TECO. IMO
