If the news had leaked you need to look at December 1st and PRIOR. That is when the $200k traded hands. That is when the 15 day loan process started. Who cares about December 7th when the announcement was made. By that time Emerald and its associates knew they only had 7 more days until December 14 that the money would be returned to them with interest. If you want to talk about insider trading, know the dates, and keep them straight. If I would have waited till December 7th to purchase, I would have paid the ASK of .006, luckily I have been taking Lurker's Approach and nibbling throughout the summer and fall. No worries here. The mgmt team is very open via the website on WHAT IS GOING ON! Just read the updates they pretty much told us they were working on the LOC, nothing new when it actually happend.
Some have thought the gamechanger and the LOC are the same. I have to disagree. We knew about the LOC with a Partner that they had worked with since early 2009. Then later on during an update we saw they were working with a company to obtain a gamechanger. I think they are both different. I am looking foward to details both about the LOC and the Gamechanger. For me, I would not want to wait until the news is announced before I jumped in this stock. We know the ASK moves up, just as fast as the BID does when volume hits it.

Interesting to who? You can't seriously be thinking that this was a big enough jump to rush to the conclusion that there was insider trading happening can you. I think that it was just that people looked at the time remaining in the year and the updates from the company and decided to buy and see if the company made good on their touts of new licenses, gamechangers, and maybe the loc before the end of 2009. These conspricicy theories are just that.....................THEORY and nothing more!!
Wow in just the last few minutes we have gone back up to .0053 and gained 8.2% and I bet that it was some body with inside information that just bought that 1000 shares to put us there. What is your opinion on this?
