OC,
I agree with you about PN's enthusiasm. I keep telling myself that enthusiasm such as his has a powerful, under lying driver. That driver IMO is a lot of something has been discovered in the JDZ but he can't tell us yet.

PN is a lawyer and he knows that he is expressly prohibited from divulging certain facts until the block operator or JDA does; thereby he knows to take another look at the restrictive partnership language which may not restrict him (allows by being silent on the matter) from couching information in implications or insinuations that can lead a reasonable person to draw sound conclusions.

For example, in the EEZ PR, PN emphasizes that ERHC sees a relationship between what has been determined to be in the JDZ and may increase the probability of what is in certain blocks in the EEZ. He appears to believe that this will give ERHC an advantage in picking the EEZ blocks with the highest probability success factors. Now would ERHE be greatly influenced by what it has found or what it has not found? It may be both. But IMO the most influential driver is going to be what has been discovered. Therefore, going back to my comment that PN is a lawyer. What I believe he is doing is making the best case he can using implications to show us and potential investors that we have hit it big, all the while abiding by the agreement restricting ERHE in the way it makes information releases. If there is a buyer for ERHE in the wings it wouldn't hurt for the share price to accelerate thereby giving PN and crew even more leverage in negotiating the best pps possible. Maybe, in addition to trying to communicate maximum allowable information to current shareholders, he is also trying to get the price up by peaking prospective shareholders to buy the stock.

I hope this makes sense.
Jim
